Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns have been handed good news in the defensive department with the return of Brazilian centre-back Ricardo Nascimento ahead of facing AmaZulu.

The Brazilians are set to face Usuthu this weekend and Nascimento is available once again following the end of his suspension after a red card against Highlands Park in the Premiership on 22 August.

Nonetheless, the experienced defender is set for a return after serving his ban and missing out on the Brazilians defeat to Cape Town City over two legs in the MTN8 semi-finals.

Weekend Absa Premiership fixtures:

Cape Town City v Kaizer Chiefs - 15:00

Chippa United v Baroka - 15:00

Maritzburg United v Wits - 18:00

Polokwane City v Free State Stars - 20:15

Orlando Pirates v SuperSport United - 20:15
