The Italian mentor stated that he doesn't hold grudges with his players and has made peace with the Venezuelan following the hand shake snub incident during the Macufe Cup.
Amakhosi are preparing to host Black Leopards in the Telkom Knockout tie set for FNB Stadium on Sunday.
"We have a great relationship. Paez has apologised to me, the club, the supporters and his teammates, so there's no problem," Solinas said, as quoted by KickOff website.
"I think a coach needs to also forgive the players sometimes because we are human being, and anyone can make a mistake. But we also need solidarity and ability to forgive.
"There's no problem between Paez and I, we have a great relationship. We continue working together, and we put in the effort to make our supporters happy and for the team to win trophies.
"In this situation, with Kaizer Chiefs being a big club, the management immediately fixed the situation and now it's okay, there's no problems.
"This morning he was training very well, and we continue to fight together because we are Kaizer Chiefs. As you know, Kaizer Chiefs is about 'Love and Peace', and we are one family … Amakhosi for life!"
