Cape Town - Chippa United have secured the services of Moeketsi Sekola on loan from relegated Highlands Park, after he earlier left Free State Stars.
Sekola had signed a three-year pre-contract with the Lions of the North but their demotion to the National First Division prompted the striker to seek a move to stay in the PSL.
"It's a done deal. Moeketsi Sekola has completed a move from Highlands Park to Chippa United on loan. I would like to thank Highlands Park for the way they handled the negotiations," the forward's agent, Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi, told Soccer Laduma website.
"They understood the situation and agreed to our request. We are thankful to Chippa for their patience during the whole process. It took us about two weeks to negotiate. In the end, we are all happy, everyone is happy about everything.
"The boy will be playing football in the PSL again next season and we are thankful to the Chippa management for that."
