Sangweni out for Baroka clash

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates midfielder Thamsanqa Sangweni has been ruled out of the Absa Premiership encounter against Baroka FC.

According to the club's official website, the hard tackling midfielder has failed a late fitness test for a knee injury he suffered in the 1-0 victory over Chippa United at the weekend.

The 28-year-old is expected sidelined for up to two weeks as he undergoes rehabilitation.

Meanwhile, central defender Happy Jele will be available for selection after serving his one match suspension.

The Buccaneers are set to face Baroka on Tuesday evening at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

Kick off is at 19:30.
