Cape Town - Roland Putsche says he knows where he stands with Cape Town City and is not panicking being in the last year of his contract with the Citizens.
The Austrian is in the final year of his contract with Benni McCarthy's side and stated that his focus is on helping the club get their campaign back on track after a seven-match winless streak in the Absa Premiership.
The 27-year-old admitted that the Citizens needs to improve their form in the league matches and should not be where they are on the table.
"I think there is really no pressure regarding a new contract," Putsche told KickOff website.
"I have a very good relationship with the club and have already spoken to the owner John Comitis and we know where we stand.
"I think it's more important to focus on issues like improving our position on the log as I think we are far too good of a team to be in the position that we currently find ourselves in."
