Cape Town - The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has released the fixtures for the 2017/18 Absa Premiership season which starts on Friday, August 18.

The opening clash will see PSL heavyweights and league defending champions, Bidvest Wits, welcome Cape Town City to Bidvest Stadium for a Friday evening clash.

On Saturday, SuperSport United take on Tshwane rivals Mamelodi Sundowns at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Eric Tinkler's first league match in charge of Matsatsantsa.
