PSL announce Chiefs v Stars fixture change

Cape Town - The Absa Premiership fixture between Kaizer Chiefs and Platinum Stars scheduled for Saturday, April 14 at FNB Stadium has been rescheduled.

The fixture will now will take place a day later; Sunday, April 15 at the same time (15:00) and same venue (FNB Stadium).

The match has been rescheduled in light of the funeral of the late struggle icon Mama Winnie Nomzamo Madikizela-Mandela and the fact that the Nasrec precinct will be used for parking and other arrangements by many funeral goers.

Meanwhile, Amakhosi have released a statement revealing that they intend to completely overhaul its playing squad while calling for patience from their supporters.

The Soweto giants stressed to fans that it intends to make wholesale changes to the club and has taken into account their concern for inadequate performances.
