Cape Town - Polokwane City will again be without Julio Leal on the bench when they travel to title challengers BidVest Wits in the Premier Soccer League tonight.
The Brazilian coach is still waiting for his work permit more than two months after he was unveiled as City’s new coach in November.
Not that it mattered much in the club’s last outing when they thumped SuperSport United 4-1, with top-scorer Thobani Mncwango getting all the goals.
But there is a growing sense of frustration in the wait for Leal, with a hectic few weeks on the horizon for the team.
Meanwhile, star striker Puleng Tlolane remains sidelined for the trip to Wits having missed the victory over SuperSport.
It is unclear when he will return but the club are hopeful that he does not face a lengthy absence.
City have enjoyed a good recent run against Wits, losing only one of their last four meetings.
They also claimed this fixture last season with a surprise 2-0 success thanks to goals from Tlolane and Ugandan midfielder Boban Bogere.
Victory for City could lift them into the top-eight, while Wits will be hoping to move back to the top of the table after two defeats in their last three games.
