Cape Town - Pitso Mosimane says Mamelodi Sundowns must get over their swift MTN8 exit and turn their attention quickly to Saturday's clash with Maritzburg United.
The Brazilians were knocked out of the MTN8 on Wednesday following a 2-0 defeat to Tshwane rivals SuperSport United at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
But Mosimane says the humbling defeat will not precipitate him into making any drastic changes to his tactics or lineup.
"I am not the kind of coach who will always say let's go back to the drawing board. I don't take that," said Mosimane.
"It's a game, we lost and we move on and accept. Don't make excuses when we lost fairly.
“We lost, we take it, I go home and understand other games we lose but there are other games that we will win.
"We had a party last week (in the CAF Champions League match), tonight (Wednesday) is not a party. We have a game on Saturday to fight for.
"It's not easy, you must go through this also. Look, there are other teams out of top eight [MTN8] and why not us?"
Kick-off is at 18:00.
