The talented 24-year-old has enjoyed a good start to life with the reigning Premiership champions as he has scored two goals in four league appearances.

On Wednesday against Golden Arrows he proved to be the hero as he popped up with the winning goal in the 44th minute at the Princess Magogo Stadium in Durban.

Nonetheless, Mosimane, while pleased with the player's performance, takes the view that the Bafana Bafana international still has some work to do to reach his full potential.

Speaking of the former Maritzburg United star, he said: "Sometimes he loses balls that I don't think he must, but you must also understand that he has not played at this level, but he works hard, he responds, he is a good boy, a good player.

"He needs more confidence, I need him to dribble a little bit, he is too conservative, he doesn't want to lose the ball, he can dribble, here he is worried about not making mistakes and I have to make him aware that you have to dance on the ball sometimes..."
