Cape Town - Orlando Pirates will be bidding to make it four wins in five Absa Premiership outings when they welcome struggling Golden Arrows to the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday.
The Buccaneers have surged to the top of the table and can consolidate their position with another win against an Arrows team whose only win of the season came on the opening day.
It has left Abafana Bes'thende down in 10th place on six points, compared to the 14 points of Pirates, who has a chance of reclaiming top spot after Wits' 2-0 victory over Cape Town City.
"We'll really have to be on top of our game to get anything from the game," Arrows coach Clinton Larsen said.
"They have been on the up ever since Micho (Milutin Sredojevic) took charge last season. The system they play really makes them difficult to overcome, so we'll have to work very hard."
Bucs quartet Thabo Qalinge, Brilliant Khuzwayo, Ntsikelelo Nyauza and Thabiso Kutumela are all doubtful for the midweek clash in Soweto.
However, Gladwin Shitolo and Innocent Maela should feature.
For the visitors, Siyanda Zwane is back from injury and could make an appearance off the bench, but Mzwandile Buthelezi, Zolani Nkombelo and Velemseni Ndwandwe are out.
Kick-off is at 19:30.
