Cape Town - Orlando Pirates are reportedly impressed with the progress being made by wide player Mthokozisi Dube while on loan at Bloemfontein Celtic.
Dube scored against his parent club in a 2-1 victory in December and has been a good performer for Siwelele as a regular starter since leaving Mayfair.
Dube is into his second season on loan at Celtic and has played every minute of all 15 games that the side has taken part in all competitions in 2016/17.
The 24-year-old, who has spent four years developing his game away from Pirates on loan, is said to have impressed Bucs' management with his defensive work and attacking capabilities at right-back.
According to KickOff, the Sea Robbers development product is under consideration to be recalled by the Augusto Palacios-coached outfit in time for the 2017/18 season.
His first two seasons were spent away at Sivutsa Stars in the National First Division and he is now into his second year at Celtic where he has shown his qualities.
If he were to return, the Germiston-born star would have competition in his position from the likes of Happy Jele and Ntsikelelo Nyauza for a starting role in the team.
The on-loan Dube will be hoping to help Siwelele improve on their current 12th place league standing when the second half of the season resumes as they face a tough home fixture against champions Mamelodi Sundowns on February 8.
kick off is at 19:30.
