Cape Town - Orlando Pirates have secured the services of highly-rated FC Cape Town midfielder Nyasha Munetsi on a lucrative five-year contract.
The 19-year old Zimbabwean recently spent a few weeks training with Eric Tinkler's side and impressed club management enough to earn the transfer only one year into his development at the National First Division outfit.
Owner of the African Beasts, Errol Dicks claimed they could not stand in the way of his move to the Soweto Giants as it's a life changing opportunity for the player and his family and wished him all the best with his future in the Premiership.
"We spotted him [Munetsi] in Harare and obviously saw he's got some potential we could work with. He came to us and flourished," Dicks told KickOff.
"We as the club are sincerely happy for him and his family, they come from humble beginnings."
