PICS: Historic Sundowns-Barcelona clash in SA

Cape Town - La Liga champions Barcelona defeated Mamelodi Sundowns 3-1 at FNB Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The Spanish giants held their end of the deal in fielding all their star players as they won the Absa Premiership champions in a Mandela Centenary Cup match.

The 90 000-strong crowd were spoiled with four goals on the evening as Barcelona showed their class.

Ousmane Dembele, Luis Suarez and Andre Gomes opened up the scoring before Sibusiso Vilakazi netted a consolation strike in the 76th minute.
