Paez delighted with Chiefs move

Johannesburg - Newly signed Kaizer Chiefs striker Gustavo Paez has expressed his delight following his unveiling in Naturena this week.

The Venezuelan international penned a two-and-a-half year deal with Chiefs and emphasised what an an honour it is for him to be part of the Amakhosi family.

"I'm very happy to be here," said Paez.

"It's an honour and privilege for me to be part of Kaizer Chiefs.

"Kaizer Chiefs is a club with a good reputation and I want to do my best for the club and the supporters associated with the team."

Paez, 26, is expected to make his Amakhosi debut in the Absa Premiership clash against Free State Stars at the FNB Stadium on Tuesday, February 7.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
