Cape Town - Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic says the club want to reach 57 points and then let fate plays its own hand in the Absa Premiership title race.
Pirates suffered a major blow to their chances of winning the title when they were held to a 2-2 draw by Cape Town City last weekend.
The Sea Robbers lost their advantage over rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, who could go clear by two points if they beat Golden Arrows on Tuesday.
Following Tuesday's game both sides will have one match remaining as Bucs face Polokwane City whereas the Brazilians take on Free State Stars.
Micho told reporters: "I have no right to speak. Mathematics is a very simple science. We have 54 points, we can have a maximum of 57 points.
"Our only concern at present is to look to get 57 points. Whether that will be enough to make us mathematically champions, we can speak after that.
"Before that, let us be sincere and honest, it is something that is at present with two matches to go [for Sundowns], unfortunately mathematics is not on our side."
All of Saturday's final round of PSL matches are set to kick-off at 15:00.
