Cape Town - Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic says he is demanding a top performance from his side in Saturday's much-anticipated Soweto derby against Kaizer Chiefs.
Pirates drew 0-0 with Esperance last Saturday in a CAF Champions League Group B tie at Orlando Stadium.
The Sea Robbers were perhaps unfortunate not to be awarded a penalty and also seemed to have a legitimate goal ruled out for offside.
Nonetheless, 'Micho' refused to comment on the events in the match and instead is focusing his efforts on facing the Glamour Boys this weekend, before the return match against Esperance on the following Tuesday.
He told reporters: "My job is to coach together with the technical team. I don't belong to the (group) of people that are looking elsewhere.
"Even if I say anything negative it will not help us in whatsoever way. We need to now analyse and see how we can get better because the next game against Kaizer Chiefs and again against Esperance will demand much better than today.
"Those things (penalty call, disallowed goal) we leave to you our respected friends to judge. People have seen elsewhere, but I will not comment."
This weekend's derby gets underway from 15:30 at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
