Olympiacos make Dolly move - report

Greek giants Olympiacos have reportedly tabled an offer for Mamelodi Sundowns winger Keagan Dolly.

According to various news outlets across the country, Dolly has been on the radar of the 43-time Superleague champions for quite some time.

However, Soccer Laduma are reporting that Olympiacos have now submitted an official bid.

The 23-year-old reportedly has around a R12m buy-out clause in his current deal with the Brazilians, and it is thought the Greek champions have met this valuation as they step up their efforts to land the player.

According to the publication's sources, a bid has been tabled and it is now up to Sundowns to look at the offer.

The release clause in Dolly's contract is such that should another team agree to pay the stipulated fee - a move could be a formality if personal terms can be agreed.

The Bafana Bafana international's stock has risen in recent times and other clubs from Europe are known to have been monitoring his progress. However, Olympiacos' bid is the first concrete offer to have formally been made.

Both Sundowns and Olympiacos have until 31 August to finalise a possible deal before the transfer window slams shut.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
