Pirates defender James Okwuosa reportedly wants to put an end to his
nightmare time at the club, and make a return to Chippa United.
The Nigerian centre-back was touted for big things on his arrival at the Sea Robbers from Chippa, but has played just once since signing for Bucs in the January transfer window.
In the one appearance he did make, Pirates were humiliated 6-0 by Mamelodi Sundowns in one of the club's worst showings in their long history with Okwuosa fingered as one of the culprits.
As such, the Super Eagles international is said to have called Chilli Boys owner, Chippa Mpengesi, requesting a return to Port Elizabeth.
Mpengesi told Umhlobo Wenene FM: "James called me and told me his move to Pirates is not going according to his wish. He asked me to look at a possibility of bringing him back to the club. So, I can say we will talk to Pirates about it and see what can we do."
