Nyatama hails fixture break

Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder Musa Nyatama admits that the FIFA break was a welcome relief for his team, who has been struggling to find form.

Siwelele have been dogged by poor performances with only three wins from their last 20 games in all competitions.

In the Premiership, Celtic have dropped down to the bottom half of the table with 10 losses, seven draws and just six wins all season.

"This FIFA break has come in handy for us because it has enabled us enough time to work on everything as a team," Nyatama told KickOff.

"This break has also helped us deal with finding ways of boosting our confidence considering the challenges that we have had to deal with in recent times when we had a bad run of form.

"It obviously wasn't good at all for a big brand like Celtic to be going that long without winning. So I feel the break is providing us with ways of re-building up the confidence yet again after it had been damaged a bit when results were not forthcoming.

"So come April 10 we will be ready to get firing again and all we need is just to stick together to boost the team spirit."
