Cape Town - Tendai Ndoro has admitted that Orlando Pirates are disappointed having not collected maximum points against Polokwane City, saying that football is unpredictable.
The Zimbabwean's stoppage-time equaliser cancelled out Puleng Tlolane's second-half strike, forcing the two teams to settle for a share of the spoils.
"You can never predict. We wanted to win the game, but this is soccer," he told SuperSport.
The Premiership's top goalscorer with five goals came under fire from coach Mushin Ertugral, who lamented the forward's decision-making in the final-third, with the 28-year-old guilty of missing glorious opportunities before eventually finding the back of the net.
"I managed to score an equaliser right at the end - same as Platinum [Stars did to us]. That's football," he concluded.
Pirates turn their attentions to the Telkom Knockout Cup competition, where they will face Golden Arrows on Sunday, October 23 at the Orlando Stadium.
