Ndoro wants to 'continue' scoring

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates striker Tendai Ndoro hopes his brace against Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday can help spark a more lethal run in front of goal this season.

The Buccaneers proved too much for their arch rivals in the Nedbank Cup last-32 on Saturday, with Ndoro's double handing Eric Tinkler's men a 2-0 victory at the FNB Stadium.

And, speaking after receiving the man of the match award, Ndoro said: "It was a game of two halves. Kaizer Chiefs attacked us in the first-half but didn't manage to use their chances.

"In the second-half we wanted one goal and got it. That goal boosted us and helped us to get another one.

"It was my first start in a derby and I got two goals. That's something I admire. I just want to continue doing it, not only in derbies, but in all our games."
