Ndoro praises Bucs fans' passion

Cape Town - Zimbabwean marksman Tendai Ndoro has praised the Orlando Pirates fans for the support they gave him and the team over the last two seasons.

Pirates announced earlier this week that Ndoro had signed for Saudi Arabia Al Faisaly FC, who officially unveiled the player on Friday.

The 32-year-old Ndoro netted 17 league and six cup goals during his two-season stay.

He says he enjoyed his time with the Soweto club and sent out his appreciation via his Twitter account on Friday morning.

"I want to thank the mighty Orlando Pirates for two amazing seasons. The staff, technical team, players and most importantly the fans.

"I have never experienced fans that have so much love and passion for the game and their team. Thank you for all your love and support.

"It wasn't always easy but you remained by our side. I wish the team all the best. I will be following from Saudi Arabia.

"It's never easy to leave a place you love, but in order to grow, sometimes the best thing is to spread your wings. Once Always.

"Now it's time for a new journey with Al Faisaly. I am excited to be here and to get on the pitch and contribute to the team," he concluded.
