Johannesburg - Wits winger Sifiso Myeni has joined rival PSL club SuperSport United on a one-year loan deal.

The 29-year-old Bafana-capped forward featured in 19 league matches and scored one goal for the Students last season, whom he had re-joined after a four-season stay at Orlando Pirates.

Myeni's transfer was confirmed by the PSL on Thursday evening.

"Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Sifiso Myeni moves to @SuperSportFC on loan from @BidvestWits," the league posted on Twitter.

Myeni has played under Matsatsantsa head coach Eric Tinkler before, when Tinkler was assistant coach at Wits, and when he was head coach at Pirates.
