Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane confirmed that he has officially joined the social media crazed Twitter app in a video on Saturday.
The long-time servant of South African football has joined other coaches, such as Steve Komphela and Gavin Hunt, on the platform. As of Monday afternoon, he had already amassed over 24 000 followers.
"Hi everybody, this is Pitso Mosimane speaking," said the celebrated coach in a video.
"I've been holding off, holding off for a long time and now I've reacted. I'm on social media and this is my social media account."
Many twitter users celebrated the former Bafana Bafana coach’s decision to join the platform, while others warned him against getting distracted.
