Molangoane pleased with performance

Cape Town - Chippa United midfielder Joseph Molangoane was delighted with his Man-of-the-Match performance in the 2-0 win over Orlando Pirates on Wednesday.

Molangoane fired home his fourth goal of the season to give the Chilli Boys the lead in the first half, before setting up Buyani Sali after the break at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

"I'm pleased and I want to thank my technical team. Chippa is a home, I really appreciate the chance that they gave me," the former Pirates man told SuperSport.

"Eish, I'm so pleased! Playing against Orlando Pirates and getting Man-of-the-Match, not many people that do that, I really appreciate that. And thanks to the supporters and everyone in the team.

"You know, it all starts at training, and I really thank the coach and the technical team, they always try to make me improve every day and I really appreciate that."
