Mobara: I will play where I'm required

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates versatile star Abbubaker Mobara says he is satisfied to be getting a role in the team, and is content to play in any position.

The 23-year-old has largely been used in central midfield by coach Kjell Jonevret, however, he can also play in more defensive roles in the side as well.

The Mitchells Plain-born footballer played a part in the Sea Robbers recent 2-1 victory over Chippa United, and is expected to have some role in the upcoming games against Bidvest Wits and Mamelodi Sundowns.

"We have been doing well and we are a big team up against two big teams in Wits and Sundowns," Mobara said.

"Those are always the type of games you look forward to as a player and I'm sure the coach will give us the plan on Monday

"We are working hard with the coach and we do understand his philosophy better and better everyday. I have to play where the team needs me.

"I love playing at left-back but I will play where I'm required. I believe in my abilities as a player and I'm surrounded by equally good players which makes it easy."
