Cape Town - Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic says success cannot be achieved automatically as it requires plenty of hard to work to achieve.
Pirates suffered a 1-0 defeat to Wits on Wednesday night as a Gladwin Shitolo own goal handed all three points to Gavin Hunt's high-flying side.
Despite dominating most of the Premiership encounter in terms of possession and chances created, the Sea Robbers fell behind when Haashim Domingo's cross struck Shitolo and deflected into the net from an acute angle.
Speaking after the clash at the Orlando Stadium, Sredojevic told SuperSport: "I'm very disappointed with the result but the approach that we had with patient build-ups in order to tire the opponent, we had been a dominant side and created chances.
"We dominated in all statistical aspects but in that one aspects that counts we conceded a goal from an accidental situation. This is what cost us. Accidents happen in football.
"We need to accept it and see if we can be much more effective going forward. From the chances that we created we could have easily won the game.
"However, with one moment of lapse in concentration this is how it is in football it cost us to lose the match.
"There is no magic stick that you press the button and things work immediately. We need to improve very much in front of goal."
