Mdabuka pens three year extension at Ajax

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town have tied down combative central midfielder Ndiviwe Mdabuka for another three seasons.

Mdabuka was an Ajax youth team product, but made his name at neighbouring Vasco da Gama in the first division, before returning to the Urban Warriors in the 2015/ 16 campaign when he was signed by Roger De Sa.

The diminutive but steely 26-year-old midfielder has since established himself as regular in the heart of the Ajax side and has an MTN8 winners' medal to his credit.

"Ndiviwe Mdabuka has committed his future to the club, signing a 3-year contract extension," the club stated.

"Following yet another fruitful season in the red and white of Ajax Cape Town, which conjured three goals in 24 appearances, Mdabuka penned a new deal."
