Cape Town - Mpumalanga Black Aces striker Collins Mbesuma has made no secret of his intentions to clinch the Absa Premiership Golden Boot at the end of the season.
Mbesuma is leading the race for the top scorer gong with 14 goals in 24 appearances.
With four games to go before the end of the season, the Zambian cannot rest on his laurels though as Prince Nxumalo and Thobani Mncwango are breathing down his neck with 11 goals apiece.
"There are still a few games remaining and I still want to win the top goal scorer," Mbesuma told Soccer Laduma.
"But first it's about the team and if the team can do well whether I score or not then that's important.
"It would be good to win the top goal scorer award but the main focus right now is to see the team finish in a respectable position."
