Mathoho unharmed after hijacking

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs defender Eric Mathoho has come out unscathed following a hijacking in Tshwane.

According to KickOff, Mathoho was driving in Atteridgeville with his sister and brother when three armed men approached the car with guns.

The three suspects fled the scene with the car and Mathoho’s personal belongings.

Mathoho’s agent, Tim Sukazi, confirmed that police recovered the vehicle soon after the hijacking.

“We applaud the police – they responded so quickly and did their job perfectly,” said Sukazi.

The agent also reveals that Mathoho is devastated and is struggling to recall what had happened.
