Manyama confident of Highlands Park triple

Cape Town - Having already beaten Highlands Park twice this season, Lebogang Manyama is confident Kaizer Chiefs can repeat the feat in Saturday's Nedbank Cup clash.

Manyama and the rest of the Chiefs contingent face the Lions of the North at Makhulong Stadium on Saturday, and he has opened up on what they will need to do to advance.

“A very tough game (Highlands Park), we went to Tembisa in the beginning of the season and we came out with a good result, but we knew we had to fight for it," Manyama said on Chiefs' official Twitter account.

"It will be the same on Saturday afternoon. We know what we have to do, and we are focused on that."

Manyama scored a brace when Chiefs secured a 3-2 win in the first league match between the two sides this season, in August, while the reverse fixture was a routine 3-0 win for Amakhosi.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
