Cape Town - Chippa United coach Dan Malesela has shed some light over his future after the turbulent month at the Premiership strugglers.
With one game remaining in the league, the Chilli Boys have survival in their own hands thanks to a 3-0 win over SuperSport United in midweek - a game for which Malesela was reinstated after initially being sent on 'special leave' by club owner Chippa Mpangesi.
And after the 4-2 penalty shootout defeat at the hands of the same opposition, after 120 minutes of goalless action on Saturday, 'Dance' said his future lies in the hands of the Chippa, but he intends to remain in charge until the end of his contract.
"I'm here (laughs). I still have a contract running up till 2019, but obviously it doesn't guarantee anything," Malesela said after the game.
"You can negotiate things, talk about things and it depends what happens, so whether I'm staying or not, or the club wants me to stay or not is another matter that we have to sit and discuss."
