Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic have unveiled former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane as well as nine other new signings.
Mabokgwane was released by Pirates at the end of his contract and he will now compete for the number one spot with Siwelele.
The starting position is there to fight for after previous incumbent Tapuwa Kapini was booted out of the club for his roll in organising protests over unpaid wages.
The veteran shot-stopper has since moved on to Highlands Park under Owen Da Gama where he seems likely to be a strong contender for the starting position.
Siwelele's other new additions to the squad include Siphelele Luthuli, Sello Matjila, Tumiso Mogakwe, Motebang Sera, Tumelo Njoti, Mondli Mpoto, Aviwe Nyamende and Harris Tchilimbou.
Meanwhile, Celtic coach John Maduka as well as goalkeeper coach Simon Gopane also showed off their new coaching strips, as the club unveiled their new playing strip for 2019/20 on Thursday.
