Leopards want bag full of money for Musonda

Cape Town - Black Leopards chairman David Thidiela says the club's top scorer Mwape Musonda is available for a sizable transfer fee.

Musonda banged home 16 Premiership goals for Leopards in the 2018/19 campaign as he ended the league's leading scorer.

Defender Pentjie Zulu is reportedly also a wanted man after some impressive displays for Lidoda Duvha as well.

A source told KickOff: "Zulu's contract is left with one year. He signed for two years at the beginning of the season.

"They don't want him to leave actually. The player wants to speak to the chairman first. SuperSport United, Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu are all interested."

Meanwhile, Thidiela added of Musonda: "I don't know if Musonda is signing with Sundowns. I don't know, we are all on leave, Musonda is available, but I don't know anything about Sundowns.

"We have closed for now, I will be waiting and we'll see when we re-open. Those who are coming with offers, let them come. They must just bring a bag full of money. That's what we do in football, we buy and sell. The door is wide open."
