Cape Town - Chippa United head coach Clinton Larsen could not hide his frustration after saying that he warned his team about the threat posed by Orlando Pirates forward Tshegofatso Mabasa.

It seems the Chilli Boys' players did not heed the warning of their coach as Mabasa scored twice to hand the Buccaneers a 2-1 victory at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday.

The Chippa mentor said after the game: "In the second half, we knew they had to throw caution to the wind, they were desperate for this win.

"Disappointed with how we conceded the two goals, but there are a lot of positives to look out for.

"We know we have a few players coming back from injury and suspension, with the likes of Diamond Thopola, [Lehlohonolo] Masalesa to come and strengthen the team going forward."
