Cavin Johnson's side suffered a 3-0 loss in their last Absa Premiership game against Bidvest Wits and the veteran goalkeeper admitted that they will have to give an improved performance if they are to grind results against the Brazilians.

The 38-year old stated that Usuthu are still a work in progress, but feels they have a assembled a good team to compete against any team.

Josephs told SuperSport: "Of course, always a good challenge coming up against the big boys early in the season.

"We started off not too bad, two wins and a loss. Then we went to Wits and they humbled us a little bit. Just to say you know what, we still have a lot to do.

"But there is so much potential in our team, so much to look forward to, so much exciting youngsters as well.

"It's an exciting game and we have respect for Sundowns, but they should also know that they are coming to our home ground. I personally feel that we are a strong team."
