Cape Town - AmaZulu coach Cavin Johnson has praised the professionalism of Mamelodi Sundowns and hinted his players need to start acting accordingly.
Sundowns are once again flying the South African flag in the CAF Champions League as they have reached the semi-finals of the tournament.
The Brazilians are set to take on Wydad Casablanca in the final four first leg on April 26 at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdallah in Rabat.
As such, Johnson reserved praise for coach Pitso Mosimane's men and said his side need to learn lessons in terms of professionalism.
He told reporters: "We need to give Mamelodi Sundowns a good round of applause for what they've done for the country, I give Pitso Mosimane huge respect for the success of that club.
"Players are as good as their last game, they must be ready to play many matches in a week. We need to improve on our lifestyle.
"If you look at Sundowns, they have top professionalism, the social life of their players is on another level. Let's give credit to Pitso Mosimane, we can look at them and say we want to be like them because they are a good inspiration.
"They are at a level where we aspire to be, what a success of South African football."
AmaZulu are next in action in the Premiership when they take on SuperSport United on April 24 in Durban.
Kick-off is at 19:30.
