Cape Town - Jomo Cosmos defender Cheslyn Jampies is humbled by the interest he has attracted from top Premiership clubs.
With his contract expiring at the end of the month, Jampies is reportedly on the radar of Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Bloemfontein Celtic.
Jampies made 22 starts for Cosmos last season on a one-year deal from Santos.
"For a boy coming from Belhar in Cape Town this is really a big deal for me," Jampies told KickOff.
"I'm very humbled and overwhelmed by the interest from the big Soweto giants like Chiefs and Pirates. At this stage I'm unsure where I'll put pen to paper as I have to get confirmation from my agent.
"Needless to say I had a difficult time at Santos but I kept on plugging away. So the hard work I've put in didn't go unnoticed and this really humbles me.
"I'm reaching a stage of my career where I have to think about my family and what's in their best interest. It would be great if I can secure a platform where I'm financially stable, you know. But all this is due to the grace of God.
"Although I didn't play...the opportunity and experienced I got was amazing. It drives one to newer heights and I'm no different."
