Cape Town - Andile Jali looks set to return the Mamelodi Sundowns starting line-up when they take on Cote d'Or of Seychelles in a CAF Champions League first round second leg clash on Friday evening.
Jali has struggled to get much game time in the star-studded Sundowns team this season with the midfielder only making three appearances so far and two of those has been in the Champions League.
One of the matches Jali started was in the first leg of the game against Cote d'Or when Sundowns hammered their opponents 5-0 away from home.
The Bafana Bafana international will again play in the return match, according to Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane.
The Sundowns mentor is spoilt for choice in the middle of the park with captain Hlompho Kekana and Tiyani Mabunda starting the last league game while Rivaldo Coetzee has also played in that role.
In quotes published on KickOff, Mosimane said: "Jali deserves to play. He played well in Seychelles. He played very well.
"He deserves a chance and probably he will play on Saturday [in the CAF Champions League]. He must get his confidence, he must play."
Kick-off is at 19:00 on Friday.
