Cape Town - Former Ajax Cape Town midfielder Ruzaigh Gamildien is looking forward to re-uniting with coach Clinton Larsen at Golden Arrows, amid his reported switch.
Gamildien was recently released by the Urban Warriors, following a disappointing campaign with the club, which saw him only managing seven starts and coming off the bench three times in the 2015/16 Premiership season.
The 27-year-old has now revealed that the coach contacted him, with a deal soon to be concluded, and he is happy to be joining his former Bloemfontein Celtic mentor at the KwaZulu-Natal side.
"The coach contacted me. I look forward to working with him because he was my coach at Celtic and we did well," he told KickOff.
"I’m actually excited to join him again because I know what he is all about. I think the deal is a definite."
Commenting on his career cooling down in Cape Town, Gamildien concluded: "You can’t live life with regrets. Life goes on."
