Bethlehem - Free State Stars scored a late goal to claim rescue a 2-2 draw against Black Leopards in an Absa Premiership match at Goble Park on Saturday.
Stars made no changes to the starting XI that triumphed over derby rivals Bloemfontein Celtic last week, while Leopards brought in Phathutshedzo Nange and Karabo Tshepe from their side that drew with Highlands Park.
The hosts had a glorious chance to take the lead in the 12th minute when Sinethemba Jantjie's pin-point cross found Eleazar Rodgers, but his glancing header went just wide of the post.
Stars had another chance shortly after, but Harris Tchilimbou's header also went agonisingly wide of the upright.
Eventually Ea Lla Koto's persistence brought results, as Thivhavhudzi Ndou bundled the ball into his own net five minutes before the half-time interval.
Leopards started the second half on the font foot and in the 51st minute Mwape Musonda fired in the equaliser.
Leopards coach Dylan Kerr brought on Lesedi Kapinga for Nange in search of a winner after an hour, and his decision paid dividends when the substitute's strike from range put the visitors ahead with 12 minutes left on the clock.
Stars, though, went in search of an equaliser and got the result they wanted when Rodgers brought them level with two minutes left.
