Cape Town - Highlands Park director Sinki Mnisi insists the club will retain the services of coach Allan Freese next season in the Premiership.
Freese guided Highlands to the Absa Premiership after winning the PSL play-offs against University of Pretoria and Mbombela United.
Highlands clinched their Premiership status after a 2-0 win over Mbombela at Makhulong Stadium on Wednesday afternoon, courtesy of a Peter Shalulile brace.
"The coach is going nowhere, the job is secured with the technical team," Mnisi told KickOff.
"We are starting to work tomorrow and the cheque book must be opened. We need to sign new players to beef up the squad otherwise we will find ourselves in trouble.
"We've had the contract with the coach, it is in writing with his technical staff that they are going to stay. We are not going to change anything.
"The guy helped us, last season we were on the verge of being relegated and he came in and changed the team and we won the playoffs in the first three games without even conceding a goal."
