Former Bafana star joins AmaZulu

Cape Town - AmaZulu have turned to former Bafana Bafana midfielder Delron Buckley as they continue to plot a way back into the PSL.

Usuthu were relegated from South Africa's top flight at the end of the 2014/15 season and are currently in 8th place on the National First Division (NFD) log - 9 points behind the play-off positions.

Buckley, who was capped 73 times at international level, will join as coach Steve Barker's assistant.

The Durban-based club announced the news via their official Twitter account on Wednesday morning.

AmaZulu are next in action when they host Santos in a league encounter on Sunday.
