Cape Town - Muhsin Ertugral posted a cryptic message on his Twitter page after his sudden resignation as Orlando Pirates head coach.
After a humiliating 6-1 Absa Premiership defeat to SuperSport United on Tuesday, the former Ajax Cape Town mentor went on live television to offer his resignation.
On Wednesday, the Buccaneers called an urgent press conference to confirm Ertugral's immediate departure. The coach e-mailed his letter of resignation to chairperson, Irvin Khoza, at 03:30 that morning.
The Turkish-born coach is yet to break his silence on the reason for his exit despite him stating that the "team needs new impulse" in the e-mail he sent to Khoza.
Less than 24-hours later, Ertugral hinted on what intends on doing - or not doing - despite Khoza hoping to sit down with Ertugral during the international break next week.
The 57-year-old took to his official Twitter account and posted a picture of a Buddhist monk overlooking the mountainside and a quote with how he will handle the situation.
"A wise man once said nothing," the quote said.
Meanwhile, Pirates have confirmed that Augusto Palacios will take over as interim coach with former club captain, Benson Mhlongo, as a second assistant alongside Bradley Carnell.
The Buccaneers are at home this weekend in their Telkom Knockout quarter-final clash against Highlands FC.
Kick off is at 20:00.
