Cape Town - Chippa United have announced the re-appointment of former head coach Dan Malesela in place of Vladislav Heric for the 2018/19 Absa Premiership season.
Heric saw out the recently completed campaign in charge of the Chilli Boys, having come on board in March following Teboho Moloi's exit after Malesela was sacked in September 2017.
Chairman Siviwe Mpengesi announced the changes on Sunday with the club revealing that Heric will join the academy structures.
A statement from the club on Twitter read: "CUFC’s longest serving coach, Dan Malesela will take over the reins from Vladislav Heric who will move over to the Development.
"Mbuyiselo Sambu will assist Malesela."
Chippa ended this past season in ninth place.
Dan Malesela will make a return to Chippa United next season, Chairman Siviwe Mpengesi announced today.
