Clever Boys seek consistency with Baroka visit

Cape Town - Wits will be strong favourites to make it two wins from two when they host Baroka FC at the Bidvest Stadium on Tuesday.

Gavin Hunt's men made a flying start to the league season as they thrashed AmaZulu 3-0 away from home on Saturday, with the coach particularly impressed with his new signings.

Terrence Dzvukamanja, Deon Hotto and captain Thulani Hlatshwayo got the goals while newly-recruited winger Sameehg Doutie impressed.

Baroka themselves will come into the clash in buoyant mood having fought back from two goals down to force a 2-2 draw at home against Cape Town City.

Mduduzi Mdatsane and Tshidiso Patjie were the goal-scorers as Bakgakga hit back to earn a point in the first game of the new season.

The Clever Boys will be in CAF Confederation Cup action this weekend; hence the fixture being brought forward to Tuesday.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
