Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs' forward Gustavo Paez says he want to score 10 goals or more next season after ending 2016/17 with five strikes to his name in all competitions.
The Venezuelan has become known as a super substitute as he scored the majority of his goals off the bench, although he did net the winner against Bidvest Wits as a starter.
Nonetheless, the 27-year-old is targeting double figures in 2017/18 as he aims to win his first silverware with the Steve Komphela-coached outfit.
"Next season I want to score at least ten goals. I think that's a realistic target, considering I scored five times in half a season," he told the club's official website.
"I am disappointed that we couldn't win a trophy this season but we definitely plan to win trophies next season. We had eleven draws. That's too much.
"We should turn these draws into more wins. We have done well at home this season, not losing a single game, but we need to be more effective when playing away."
