Chiefs midfielder joins Cape Town All Stars on loan

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Andisiwe Mtsila has been loaned to National First Division side Cape Town All Stars for the duration of the 2016/17 season.

The 21-year-old joined Chiefs from the now-defunct Africa Soccer Development academy in 2015, but failed to make a single appearance for the Soweto giants after his promotion to the first team later that same year.

Mtsila featured in the Multichoice Diski Challenge for Amakhosi and in June it was announced that he will be loaned out for the new campaign.

Igugu Lekapa recently bolstered their squad with arrival of young Ajax Cape Town duo Justin Jacobus and Olwethu Nguye on one-year loan deals respectively.

"We are delighted to confirm the signing of another young Cape talent in Gugulethu-born midfielder Andisiwe Mtsila," the NFD outfit said on their Twitter account.

"The former ASD Academy graduate joins the Igugu Lekapa family on a season-long loan from PSL outfit Kaizer Chiefs, welcome Andy!"
