Cape Town - AmaZulu winger Talent Chawapihwa is optimistic that they have the quality to pull off a victory at Chippa United on Saturday.
Usuthu are desperate for points as they currently sit rock bottom of the Absa Premiership standings and are aiming to lift themselves out of trouble.
A win for AmaZulu at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth would see them overtake Chippa United to take 12th position, and Chawapihwa reckons it's well within their capabilities.
"The morale is high in training, the guys are focused, we are ready to go and fight for the maximum points," Chawapihwa said, as quoted by the official AmaZulu website.
"We all know the position we are in right now, we have to give it our all and make sure that we stay another season and compete in the Absa premiership."
On Chippa, he added: "Chippa United are a ball playing team, but not as convincing when it comes to defending, if we can capitalize on that, we stand a chance of collecting all three points.
"The support we have been receiving from the people who follow and support the club has been great. It is very encouraging.
"We promise to do our best to make them proud and we would like to urge them to continue supporting us."
